Client: NissanSupported the planning team by tracking the day-to-day budget changes and aggerated competitive data for clients. As a member of the operations team, I had regular interactions with the investment team, my responsibilities include: • Collected competitive information from the Vivvix platform to generate insights for clients on a weekly basis • Created documents and insights from Vivvix and Polk data for ad hoc client competitive requests into competitor’s metrics, including but not limited to SOV, SOM, Spend by Media Type, and product flighting • Coordinated with the internal investment teams to stay up to date with the latest budget changes and led bi-weekly calls with the help of my manager

Clients: Aer Lingus, American Red Cross, EuroItalia, Tourism Ireland, GE Lighting, Sony Music Entertainment Coordinated with the digital team to ensure client projects progressed on time and assisted in the execution of media plans under the guidance of the Associate Manager. Acted as the day to day support for the account team with regular reporting into the Associate Manager.
