Manufacturing Engineer for 40 fabricatorsResponsibilities:-Perform Problem Solves to eliminate production issues to help promote lean manufacturing-Work directly with production control, design, quality and purchasing departments for daily production and introduction of new products -Plan, coordinate and carry out NPPD meetings to aid introduction of new products -Identify and report snags to help ease fabrication to continuously improve manufacturing methods-Perform weekly 5S audits alongside implementing changes to help improve 5S scores-Management of BOMs through Product Workbench and material movement through Plan For Every Part-Use of Creo design package to provide daily production support -Creation of Standard Work Instructions to implement best practice and maximise efficiency

ECO Co-ordinator: Responsible for the development and improvement of existing Engineering Change Order processes and procedures. ECOs are used for changes in components, assemblies or documents such as processes and work instructions. Main Duties and Responsibilities:-Understand & Process Engineering Changes within Oracle and Pulse. -Maintain training material to ensure that all processes are fully documented and adhered to. -Review Engineering changes on the shop floor to ensure that they have implemented as planned. -Liaise with all departments to maintain a high level of communication of ECOs. -Communicating with internal & external suppliers on a daily basis.
