Holliswealth is a leader in advanced Insurance and Tax consulting by various, investment and non-investment professionals in the GTA. Holliswealth has developed several key strategic relationships that allow other professionals (ie. Investment Advisors, Accountants, Estate Lawyers, INVIS/Mortgage Intellegence Mortgage Brokers and Property & Casualty Brokers) to align with the firm to provide expertise in the areas of Insurance and Tax.The 'non-selling' approach to the firm, is a key element to a particular culture that is required to be aligned with Holliswealth. Our firm focuses on helping as many families as possible, without the underlying tension from greed and transaction-based Insurance sales. The financial planning and a needs identification based approach of the firm ensures that all recommendations are aligned closely with the clients other trusted professionals.Specifically, I run operations, including, but not limited to business development, automation and process development (CRM), policy service, new business and a mandate to create an infrastructure that provides the highest quality experience for those who work with the firm.

- Manager of all administrative employees within the firm (7 staff) and support all sales employees (6 staff). - Responsible for managing the organizations HR, IT Systems, Insurance Underwriting, Wealth Management, Accounts Payable, Office Expenses, Licensing, Contracting, Client Services, Organizational Structure, & Budgeting.- Reporting to the Ownership Group & Management Team, the primary responsibility of the position is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s financial functions, operations, and staff.- Working with the Management Team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planning.- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including operational excellence, financial management, systems and controls, program budgets, payroll management, & client fiscal documents and correspondence.Risk Management – monitor and keep staffing at proper levels. Complete knowledge and enforcement of all company policies and procedures. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of entire facility. Handle all problems, complaints, system breakdowns and other issues that arise.

- Responsible for all of the logistics and administration associated with the national Living Benefits team in Canada. Including 15 external wholesalers and 6 internal wholesalers.- Act as the back-up to the Vice President of Living Benefits on any logistical or administration issues within Living Benefits.- Work at head office with other Managers and VPs in regards to the implementation and planning of corporate agendas and mandates. - Oversee the generation of sales reporting for all of Living Benefits and ensure that the data is both accurate and efficient for compensation payment to all of the LB wholesaling team.- Work with the Wholesalers directly to help them run their businesses in a productive and cost-effective manner in an effort to help generate sales and results for the company.- Involved in the planning of major events in relation to the team and oversee the administrative staff that handles the micro-level tasks associated with the event planning.

- Consistently exceeded expectations in the challenging, and fast paced insurance industry. Promoted from processor to group lead after just 3 months with the company.- Motivate and develop staff of 18 to ensure that inflexible deadlines are met on a weekly basis. Assist with the development of workflow and update and document procedures as necessary.- Deal with any staffing issues as necessary; acting as a mentor for staff on any problems they are unable to resolve; conduct training as required; execute semi-annual performance reviews.- Oversee the set-up, issuing, and assembly, of all U.S files for Pennsylvania Life. Ensure that these duties are executed in a timely, accurate and consistent manner daily.- Process and key agents business on a weekly basis; provide training on a number of computer systems including Mainframe, Visiflow and CK4; maintain the balance of monthly suspense reports for home office processing; maintain corporate tolerance levels as outlined by the financial analyst; assist with coaching and development of staff.- Act as a liaison between U.S. sales offices and underwriters in regards to file follow-ups and cancellations, as well as conditional issues.- Maintain current and accurate statistical reports of dept production. Audit dept monthly to assess job performance and provide coaching as needed to increase efficiency.
