Worked on analysis and drawing insights from a huge pool of customer feedback using tools including Q and Excel to help make improvements to different business units.

Joined The Drum as maternity cover and made a positive impact on a number of projects. My main role focused on running ‘The World Creative Rankings 2023’ project which is a year-round project of huge scale run every single year. This focused first on a massive data input project that lasts 9 months followed by an intense month in creating a huge data export for the editorial team. The final export was described by Editorial as being the best they had over the years this project was running showcasing the high standard of work against the tight deadline I was working too. Alongside this project I took on a range of other projects throughout the year. This included helping create and run surveys internally such as for feedback on shows The Drum runs and then turning these into useful reports for the events team to allow for improvements to be made. I also supported work on external client-based projects such as Adobe looking into video production software research to better understand their client base. Furthermore, I played a key role in gathering and analysing data for schemes such as agency and brand of the year which were key awards for The Drum in the various shows they ran. Other small projects which have given me a further range of broad experiences include conducting user testing interviews to better understand site navigation and reaction for subscription prices.
