I have lived and worked in Australia, the UK, and the USA. I have also travelled extensively in other countries for work.I have been a keen sports enthusiast all my life spanning Hurling, Open water swimming, Triathlon (including an Ironman), kayaking and stand up paddling. I have toured and trekked in stunning countries from India and Nepal to Switzerland, Greece, Italy and a host of others.I am a keen photographer, a medium that I believe teaches you as much about patience and nature as it does about art and creativity.If I had to describe myself, I would use words like Curious, Direct, Fair, Open, Thoughtful, Future Seeking and Progressive. I would also use Experienced. I have managed 4 person organisations and >600 person companies and many in-between. I have been responsible for turnovers ranging from 1 million USD to 150 Million USD. I have had direct functional responsibility across the full spectrum of activities of an organisation. My Board roles have been as an Executive Board member, Board Compensation Committee member, Board Governance Committee member, and also Board Chairman for both the parent and subsidiary organisations.
