James , 38 yrs old currently living in West Tennessee. Born and raised in the great state of Mi. I played sports from age 3-21. I also Worked in many different industries throughout my 20s which was frustrating at the time however now I appreciate everything I learned from each role. Sports taught me the importance of teamwork and as a captain I learned how to lead by example. During my many different jobs I received many different but very important skills that I use daily. For example I received my Microsoft certifications which helps me with everything from reports to presentations. Also received Dale Carnegie “How to win friends and influence others” which had helped me build many successful relationships. I learned how to file important docs, which taught me much important organizational skills. All of these skills I believe helped mold me into the person I am today and the career I am very passionate about continuing. Currently I am a passionate, hardworking, committed safety professional that prides himself on being the best while using his unwavering integrity to guide him. I have 10+ years as a safety professional if you count residential and plant safety. I am open to all but I really enjoy Industrial new construction safety. This is where my passion grew to another level. I have 4 years of experience with that specialty including 2 years at Ford’s Blue Oval City. The other 2 were spent traveling to different shorter projects , like Lincoln, Ne. I have worked as a Lead Safety Manager, HS&E Safety Engineer, Client Safety Representative, and briefly as a interm Safety director. Many duties were the same however with each title , I would pick up some additional specialty duties. I have worked on Mega Projects, small expansion projects, and everything in between. I am able and willing to travel and am currently working in Lincoln, NE. With this project soon ending I am looking for my next opportunity.
