Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Program Manager II will plan, organize, direct, and supervise through subordinate staff a comprehensive Energy, Education, and Environmental Services Program (EEES) to increase the energy efficiency and safety of dwellings occupied by low-income residents. The EEES Program Manager II administers one of two major EEES components, EEES Operations Support (EOS) or Field Operations Support (FOS). The EEES Program is a challenging and comprehensive program containing multiple components in EOS and FOS also, share contract funding sources and knowledge of both is required; however, direct program management is separated. EOS includes outreach, intake, utility assistance, energy education, call center, billing, and scheduling. FOS Includes weatherization, dwelling assessments, installation, appliance repair and replacement, solar energy projects, lead hazard control, compliance, inspection, weatherization training center, and warehouse operations. The operating budget for EEES is over $10 million annually, with a staff of over 65 full-time employees. Work includes planning, organizing, directing, and managing all day-to-day operations of the EOS or FOS program and planning and development; determining program goals and objectives; preparing, justifying, and managing program budgets and effective use of financial, material, and human resources. Work is performed with considerable latitude for independent decisions regarding programmatic issues.

Assist Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH/A) in attaining and maintaining a maximum level of health and independent functioning through the coordination of and facilitated access to resources, thereby maintaining and improving health outcomes and quality of life while upholding the mission of the agency Job Duties and Tasks. Conduct Outreach and HIV Testing and Counseling: Conduct outreach, perform HIV testing, conduct follow-up to ensure positive cases are linked to medical care and services. Facilitate and/or organize educational seminars or client related activities or events. Provide guidance to assigned interns and/or volunteers in the provision of service delivery. Facilitate and/or organize client support group including educational seminar and/or events. Conduct community outreach and perform HIV testing. Participate in community meetings and represent agency at community events. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual service reports of EIS, food, transportation, and other reports as needed, reconcile food and transportation data with delivery. Reconcile service units against productivity rate. Fully committed to quality assurance and cultural competency. Ensure timely entry of services delivered into appropriate database.

Under general direction, performs difficult social service casework dealing with complex individual and family problems or social service casework for patients and their families in healthcare facilities; plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates all clinical services provided to pediatric patients and needs of children in required assignments; may participate in and assist with conducting in-service training programs; may provide leadership as a program consultant in the utilization of casework concepts and methodology; and performs other related duties as required.

The Program Coordinator provides experience-based competencies and administrative assistance to further the efforts of the Case Manager and Housing Specialist to fulfill the mission of VOALA: obtain stable housing and increase access to care for low income persons. Volunteers of America is a non-profit human services organization committed to serving people in need, strengthening families, and building communities. VOA - LA provides a variety of social services to Los Angeles area communities such as Head Start programs, Upward Bound college prep programs, veterans’ services, homeless shelters, low-income housing program as well as drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

My current duties include oversight of the Social Services component of the Healthy Start Program under the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District. I'm currently tasked to oversee a great staff of seven individual who are dedicated to assisting high risk pregnant mothers with the proper resources to promote positive birth outcome from some of the most at risk neighborhood in San Antonio. In addition, my assignment includes monitoring, evaluating, and executing all conditions and requirements of a five year Federal Grant awarded to our Department.

Monitors and evaluates assigned programs and projects; sets deadlines; analyzes issues; and provides recommendations; Implements, monitors and evaluates new programs; assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget; Prepares written reports and presentations on project progress and results; Works to ensure coordination between divisions within the department; Organizes and prepares written summaries of project reports and action plans in a timely manner.

Confer with students, parents, faculty, school administrative staff and others to identify and resolve community, organizational, and interpersonal conflicts. Act as a specialist to mediate a variety of conflicts using Conflict Intervention Team, Victim Offender, Mediation, and Peer Mediation Programs. Develop materials, methods and techniques to meet the needs of individuals locked in divergence. Maintains accurate records of programs status and funding expended, prepare clear and concise reports, and work with a variety of individuals from various socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, in person and over the telephone.

Prepare weekly inspirational sermons for the strengthening and evangelistic thrust of the congregation through clear direction. Communicate in-depth knowledge of biblical concepts and truths to motivate congregation for works of spiritual service. Organize staff and bible talk leader’s meetings as well as organize, plan, and set up short and long term goals for the organization. Direct, train and motivate core leaders of specialized group; kid’s kingdom, campus, teen, single, married, and High School. Work closely with administrative staff to maintain the financial and spiritual integrity of the organization. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and training all ministry staff personnel as well as oversee budgetary processes.
