I was the Change Management Office (CMO) Lead for the implementation of a P3M transformation project within the nuclear sector. This included robust schedule management and cost control, co-ordination of a team of subject matter experts and quality control of the artefacts produced.During this period I was also promoted to Operations Lead for the London Project Management team, co-ordinating a team responsible for finance, reporting, governance, control and performance management for a team of circa 150 project managers.

Led a team of project managers in delivering the design and construction of the traction power upgrade, in support of the Crossrail programme of works.This includes co-ordination and integration of multiple interfacing sub-contracts, stakeholder engagement and dynamic resolution of emerging issues and constraints.During this time I was also the Finance Lead for a team of circa 100 project managers in the London area - this included detailed short- and long-term forecasting, credit control and responsibility for profitability.

Regional Project Management Lead for the South and Midlands, co-ordinating and managing a team of project managers, commercial managers and planners in delivering a programme of multi-million pound design projects.Key successes were the delivery of the design for Gatwick Station Redevelopment, further Crossrail design projects and detailed design for the new Kenilworth rail station.

Design Project Manager for a leading consultancy specialising in railway infrastructure. Managed the coordination of all design disciplines and the technical and commercial input into bids and estimates. Notable projects included tendering and successful delivery of multi-million pound design contracts for Crossrail, high volume gauge clearance designs and complex NEC3-adminstered manufacturing contract for Sellafield.

Successfully delivered construction projects within UK and Kenya from 2011 to 2012, installing military and life support infrastructure with teams varying between 15 and 25 tradesmen and specialists. These were the most significant capital projects delivered within the team's portfolio over this period.Managed and developed the careers of a team of 50 individuals, delivering combat & trade-specific training and maintaining the fitness, morale and expertise of those under my command.Latterly administered - and reported to the director of - a workforce of 200 tradesmen, planning the installation of military infrastructure in the Middle East.
