Our mission is to replace internal combustion engine delivery vehicles around the country (and eventually the globe) with cheaper, greener, and more efficient cargo ebikes in high-density environments. I managed all things Fleet for the largest cargobike fleet in the world in NYC. Pre-launch this involved management of the business case, equipment RFPs, product testing, and product selection. Post-launch, this consisted of managing relationships, performance, and contracts with OEMs, maintenance vendors, fleet management vendors (software and hardware), and keeping the fleet running with strong repair, maintenance, and supply chain performance.

Vendor operations included vehicle repair, maintenance and inspections, supply chain management, rebalancing vehicles within the micromobility system, battery charging, asset recovery, and station operations. My purview included all NA bikeshare systems - NYC (Citi Bike), Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Minneapolis, Portland, and all scootershare systems - Denver, San Diego, Los Angeles, and others.Along with vendor management I filled in many other gaps and during my tenure and drove a wide range of cross-functional product launch, ops cost-reduction, data availability, and regulatory compliance workstreams. -
