James Crifasi is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for RedZone Technologies. With over 20 years of experience as a technology-centric executive, James has excelled at building high-performing teams to overhaul business and technology operations and create cost-effective secure environments for clients. He has proven leadership in running infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and eBusiness teams. In his role, James is responsible for all aspects of technology, client delivery, sales, legal, and operations. James is also a Board Member of the Maryland Technology Council.Under James’ leadership, RedZone Technologies has successfully developed into a world-class information technologies service organization. James is also a member of Infragard which is a key link for FBI and private sector collaboration which is a critical part of the vision of RedZone’s information security strategy. He ensures that RedZone delivers on its promises and that first-time customers become customers for life. James Crifasi is also one of the founders of RedZone Protects CUSO, RedZone Compliance Services, and RedZone Holdings.His background includes degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Computer Science, and a master’s in interdisciplinary management from the University of Maryland. James recently earned his Master of Arts in Law with a focus on Cybersecurity Law from Regent University Law School. He currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland.
