A new position within a new department, this role is being developed as it goes, my main role at the moment is the validation and analysis of data captured from the shop floor to determine the true profit made on all contracts produced, with the future goal being to use this information to work with the Lean team to develop ways of increasing company.

• Sales & Estimating: I have estimated and priced a complete range of work and projects from low value up to several million pounds and dealt with a wide selection of customers from all different sectors. I have a strong.
• Planning & Project management: I am SigmaNest, SigmaMRP & AutoCAD proficient and I have experience managing work through the production process including liaising with production staff and contributing to daily.
• Training: I have assisted in the day-to-day training of multiple new members of the estimating department and continue to do so
• Quality & Lean: I have handled a variety of customer quality issues, and when necessary act as the liaison between Quality and Customer. I have an understanding of the PPAP & ISIR processes and I am studying this in.

• Management: I was responsible for managing the restaurant, recruitment and training of front of house staff, arranging staff rotas in line with equitable HR practice and contracted hours while remaining within budget.
• Marketing: I was involved with the organisation of special offers and events, the production and distribution of marketing material including flyers and email newsletters. I also had the task of updating the company.
• Customer service: I communicated daily with customer’s over the phone, email or in person, during this period we were highly rated for our excellent service in both the Michelin Guide and the Which? Good Food Guide.
• Accounting: I managed the daily and weekly cash-ups, including balancing the tills, weekly stock take, ordering stock to replenish necessary product levels, and completed the HRMC standard end of week finance report.
