Business Analyst in the Global HR CAO team responsible for - Annual AOP planning-Tracking and forecast of Global HR Budget

- MI SpecialistPartners with the Heads of HR and the HR Generalists to enable them to make MI led decisions within their businesses through the provision of timely and relevant MI insights. Acts as MI lead on any projects that require MI expertise or input.- Business Relationship ManagementActs as interface between the HR Generalist Team and the AOE’s to translate business MI requirements to technical specialist teams responsible for delivery. Highlights UK specific data issues to Global R&A teams and works with them to provide solutions (i.e. Global/Regional roles identification, LTS reporting, Performance Management reporting).- UK Exco HRMIResponsible for leading the standardisation and continual development of a MI dashboard for the UK Exco. In delivering this and identifying solution to removing Global/Regional employees who sit in the UK, the UK Exco has changed attitude from having low confidence in HR data to monthly MI pack now included in UK Exco papers for highlighting key people risks in the UK.- Ring-fence Bank HQ Transition (“Peach”) MI Lead. Responsible for the development and regular reporting on transitioning of roles and People to new HO in Birmingham. Managing the end to end process from tracking movements, updating/maintaining database and reporting of both role movements and People movements (relocation, redeployment and redundancy).- Development of HRMI Tools/Dashboards for UK HR includingo Monthly MI Reporting for UKo Headcount forecast modelling o HQ transition - Lead Analyst responsible for the transition of reporting of Ring fence bank HQ (Birmingham) into the team. This involved working with business to identify best ways of tracking in-scope people/roles, working with multiple data sources/teams (Resourcing/Relocation team/GHRS/Peach PMO team) to identify reporting requirements and data solutions for successful delivery.o Underperformance Reportingo OBIEE reports

- HR Reporting – Responsible for the creation, development, production and maintenance of Sky’s headcount, absence and attrition reporting. This included working cross-functionally with HR and Finance teams to create synchronised reporting across the company. Responsible for any ad-hoc reporting that was required by the Business or for External and Statutory parties. Responsible for creating “How to” guides and process documents for our regular reports.- Report automation – As part of an ongoing simplification programme - HR Information Centre of Excellence- providing insights using MI to answer HR issues.- Salary Review - Responsible for delivery of Annual Salary Review for HR Services (c 15,000 employees). This included: Acting as HR Systems and Information specialist for Annual Review Project team, advising on process and timelines for Annual review, development and provision of Annual Review reporting, reconciliation and validation of submitted Annual Review data, upload of data into PeopleSoft and preparation of letter mail merge files for HR Services to print and distribute.- Benchmarking – led on benchmarking exercises to measure our HR Service Centre against other Service Centres. Supported salary benchmarking exercises.- Project management – Worked within project teams and led on key projects both within the HR function and cross-functionally. These include Sky’s Headcount Review (synchronising headcount across the Group between HR and Finance), PeopleSoft launch at Sky, the launch of Sky’s People Portal, data integrity reviews (both internally and reconciling data held by third parties to Sky’s data), benchmarking exercises and the development of Sky’s HR Information Team’s data warehouse.- Service Transition – Facilitated the transfer of key reporting and processes managed by the London team to the Scotland offices following the London site closure.
