After practicing law for over 35 years as a litigating attorney and as the former regional managing attorney at 21st Century’s Staff Counsel offices ( Bollington, Stilz, Bloeser and Curry) I have opened a mediation practice and am currently hearing mediations and arbitrations in personal injury, business litigation, employment and insurance bad faith. I was raised and educated in the mid-west and I bring a wealth of experience and a common sense approach to mediations given I tried over 20 jury trials and 600 arbitrations to verdict during my litigation career and have acted as a mediator/arbitrator in over 500 more. I am respected by both plaintiff and defense attorneys and my practice is founded on excellent service with a reasonable cost structure for the participants. These qualities are essential with the elimination of the free and pay panel that was provided by the court.
