As a Senior Family & Primary Therapist on the Mental Health, Chronic Pain, and Illness (MHCPI) program, I manage 11 family and 6 individual cases, providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I also float to the Trauma program as needed. Additionally, I co-facilitate the monthly post-supervision group for staff preparing for licensure exams, supporting their clinical development.

Successfully maintained a caseload of 11-15 individual cases on the Mental Health, Chronic Pain, and Illness (MHCPI) program. I facilitated a DEI presentation for staff in February 2024 on "How to Avoid Victim Blaming Women Who Have Experienced Trauma" and delivered a June 2024 presentation on the mind-body connection's importance for those living with chronic pain and illness. My focus is on delivering evidence-based treatments and trauma-informed care.

Leads and oversees the activities of team staff members providing outreach, case management, social, vocational, education, physical well-being, and support provided by the treatment team. Ensures that most services are provided in the client’s natural setting. Meets required productivity targets and completes all documentation within assigned time frames. Monitors member attendance and occupancy on the team so that case assignments, transitions, and closures are handled effectively and efficiently.Reviews all required documentation. Maintains the quality, validity and confidentiality of individual case records. Participates in the hiring sequence of the agency, and makes recommendations on the hiring or termination of team staff. Conducts annual evaluations for all team staff. Follows agency standards regarding clinical supervision.

Serves as the recovery counselor on a Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team with multidisciplinary staff. Provides direct service to clients through individual therapy, vocational support, crisis intervention, and psycho-social rehabilitation. Teaches clients independent and community living skills, such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and coping skills. Engage and support nursing home residents, per the Colbert Consent Decree, transitioning out of nursing homes and into the community to live more independently.

Provided a variety of individual and family counseling interventions while utilizing evidence based practices including attachment focused therapy, DBT and CBT to address client's needs. Managed a case load of 10 - 15 clients while completing clinical documentation and service reporting in a timely manner. Successfully completed a YASI Case Planning and CCBYS 101 training to assist in the accuracy of treatment planning and assessments with youth in crisis. Served as a backup supervisor to weekend CCBYS crisis workers responding to youth in crisis at police stations and hospitals.

Provided psychotherapeutic interventions to clients between ages 9 - 20 years old. Responded to emergency situations and provided crisis support to local police stations, hospitals and schools for youth ages 11 - 17 as a CCBYS worker. Collaborated with other professionals within the community including therapists, social workers, guidance counselors, and police officers to provide continuity of care.
