Also coaching team members to align with company goals and expanding the network of high-value partners which leads to new business opportunities. Guide and sales team members in leading negotiations to secure favorable terms and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they develop strong negotiation skills.Building strong, long-term relationships that result in increased partner satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to sustained revenue streams. In addition, I work with front line sales executives, marketing, and product teams to integrate partnership initiatives and establish metrics to assess partnership effectiveness and regularly report on performance. Present data-driven insights that inform strategic adjustments, improving partnership ROI and driving increased profitability.
