As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, I work with CBRE Capital Markets specializing in the sale of Multifamily assets across Central, Southwest and North Florida.I began my real estate career as an intern with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Inc. (HFF) in their Tampa office, supporting the hospitality and multifamily investment sales divisions. I then worked as a Senior Associate in HREC Investment Advisor’s Denver office, where I provided investment sales and capital markets analysis and support for HREC’s nationwide hospitality brokerage service. Most recently, I worked at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in Denver as a multifamily investment sales broker focused on serving private capital clients. I have experience in all stages of the sale and marketing process, including new business development, valuation/underwriting, property marketing and tours, contract negotiation and closing. Over my career, I have been involved in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.I am a proud graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where I played quarterback for the varsity football team.
