I have designed and developed every phase of each business. I have managed 1-39 employees on each K-12 project at a time and payroll for each individual empolyee. I have engineered residential and commercial properties including security and structured wiring for neighborhoods, prisons, independent school districts, hospitals and universities through commercial projects managing over $1m/job. I have the ability to develop and communicate the scope of work by paying attention to detail and completing my jobs with over a 97% success rate of all firm quotes with superintendents and contractors.
