I am a student at Auburn University with experience in the business world. I decided to come to Auburn because it is a big school in a small town! I am proficient in team leading and managing as well as motivating others to help the team as a whole. In my freetime i love going to the beach to surf and enjoy the ocean.StrengthsQuest Themes-Relator- I enjoy building relationships with other people in the workplace and in my personal life because I like to get to know different types of people. I use my strength of relating to people to make more personal connections.Empathy- Empathy is one of my many strengths that I would say I have. It is important to sympathize with others and listen to their side of the story in order to build relationships.Adaptability- Adaptability is a must in life and in the workplace. I use this strength to problem solve and adapt to issues that come my way.Responsibility- I take responsibility for my actions and for my team if i am in a leadership role.Developer- I love developing new ways to think about things and new processes to complete things. I like thinking outside the box and creating new norms.
