Lead Data Scientist
Current-- Serve as technical lead for a team of five data scientists supporting the development of new business models-- Meet with stakeholders and program leadership to ensure that the team's work meets business needs-- Provide technical guidance to team members, establish best practices, and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery-- Design and prototype statistical and Machine Learning models to address business questions, including models to predict customer behavior, set prices, and assess risk-- Build simulations to predict impact of changes in price or risk-sharing on program outcomes such as total revenue or revenue per acre-- Develop APIs, packages, and user interfaces to enable stakeholders, production systems, and other data science teams to access model results
