Responsible for the overall management of the Victorian office of OneVue Fund Services, with specific focus on the provision of outsourced Unit Registry administrative services for Fund Managers and their customers.

Responsible for all service deliverable outcomes across the mediums of web, administrative processing, payments, written correspondence and telephone within Computershare’s unlisted investment business. Key customer segments include institutional, retail, and custodial clients, managed via an outsourced administrative agreement on behalf of the Fund Manager and, or Responsible Entity.The mandate is to provide market leading, outsourced Unit Registry administration services. Services must be seamless and often required to be performed in a manner which provides no indication that outsourcing has occurred. The role requires heavy stakeholder management, detailed reporting against key service level metrics and an ability to maintain a high performance culture across a functionally diverse operation.
