Recruited directly by the CEO of Hogarth Worldwide (30 operational sites globally) with the brief to grow revenue and specifically maximise the production-feed from Ogilvy.- On appointment conducted a root and branch assessment of Hogarth’s creative, technical and operational capabilities and assess O&M’s creative requirements/workflow potential.- Rapidly identified opportunities for both Hogarth and Ogilvy to increase revenue, and for Ogilvy to reduce its dependency on, and relationships with, external/3rd pty creative suppliers/contractors. - Engaged proactively with Ogilvy on relationship building and account management with clients (examples: Philips, BP, Castrol) both to promote H&O's own creative and production capability (180+ staff) and strengthen O&M’s planning to eliminate costly changes mid-production. - After establishing a strong business relationship with Philips’ team, subsequently initiated, planned and led a major bid with its management (the first time Hogarth had completely engaged with an Ogilvy client) building a specific team in NY, London & Singapore, resulting in a £20m contract win. - Working closely with the then CEO of the Ogilvy Group Partnership grew revenues to 20% of Hogarth's total global revenues.

Founder of a high-yield imported rum business, managing its launch, branding and successfully building the business into a premium brand on the global rum market. Sold out in 2019 to the UK's largest independent drinks distributor, Halewood International.

• Brought in by Londons largest independent production agency to stabiliseits Jaguar Land Rover account after a senior leadership resignation. • Went on to manage senior client relationships across the largest account group in the agency with 15 separate global clients.

- After 12 years with larger agencies, and wanting both ‘small business’ experience and greater exposure to corporate decision-making, elected to launch MNDB as an independent creative advertising agency.- Successfully established MNDB as a going concern winning clients in the manufacturing & service industries and, importantly, a major account with Tesco and launching a range of own-label brands- Othe significant clients included Callaway, AGA/Rangemaster and First Central Insurance

- Joined as an account director and quickly rose to the CSD on Ogilvy's largest European client Ford Motor Company, covering 23 EU markets and managing $125m of revenue.- Responsible for managing & coordinating all agencies globally & stakeholders in delivering ‘highest creative quality’ and ‘optimum client satisfaction’ on $multi-million budget allocation & spends.- Went on to manage American Express and SAB Miller
