I am currently the Oklahoma District Manager at Ferrellgas, a leading propane company that serves over one million customers across 50 states.In my previous roles, I have demonstrated success in developing, coordinating, and initiating strategies to drive efficiency and growth in various organizations. Some of my notable achievements include: launching company-owned ice cream routes in Oklahoma, resulting in $7M in revenue and 1500 new customers; integrating Nestle's ice cream and pizza businesses, leading to a 100% workforce retention and management of 27 direct reports, 3 cross docks, 29 fleet trucks, and 2700 customers; and exceeding $240M in annual revenue for Nestle ice cream as a Dollar General subject matter expert. I have also received multiple awards for outstanding sales performance, management, and operational abilities, such as the Regional Director Excellence Award, the Inclusive Circle of Excellence Award, the Best of the Best Award, and the Excellence in Safety Award.
