▪ As a core teacher my responsibilities were to increase student numbers, improve student satisfaction andcreate a positive school atmosphere.▪ Strict classroom management and record keeping.▪ Organised and carried out numerous model lessons aimed at potential students and existing studentsconsidering additional courses.▪ Working closely with the school director and Japanese staff to provide a high quality of student care.▪ Regular teaching consisted of adults and children from the age 18 months, including private classescatering specifically to student needs.

▪ Working to strict industry deadlines daily, in a high pressure environment.▪ Handling of customer complaints and queries relating to all payments.▪ Responsible for training fellow colleagues on CHAPS payments after only a few months of employment.▪ Personal and corporate payment processing including CHAPS, faster payments and standing orders.

▪ Teaching English to primary school students, facilitating sports and permaculture activities for secondary school students.▪ Conservation activities such as tracking, monitoring and restoration projects around the reserve.▪ Regular group activities and cultural experiences involving the local community.▪ 1 week independent travel to Victoria falls and the surrounding area.

▪ Sourcing and collating images to be used for website population.▪ Editing images using intermediate ICT skills including Photoshop.▪ Responsible for testing websites and providing feedback to the digital team.▪ Organisation and record keeping for completed jobs.
