Community And Operations Manager
Current Maintain direct supervision and oversight of field, facility, and project contractors to support permitted, scheduled, or required activities. Lead Company-wide safety initiatives to support all field activities and contractor fieldwork and maintain annual safety training requirements. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with agency and legal regulations. Provide leadership and training in project objectives related to exploration, acoustical tele-viewing, hydrogeology well installation and monitoring. Initiate, facilitate and document project safety kick-off meetings and tailgate talks while managing a safe, injury/accident-free workplace. Manage and mentor key operations vendors to understand TMM’s strong attention to safety and detail. Work closely and communicate with VP of Operations and management team to set and/or implement operational policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation. Manage operations on state, federal, and private lands in accordance with all specified operational stipulations. Work with local state, federal, and county agencies for Plans of Operations (POO), permitting and permitting approvals. Responsible for all aspects of TMM fleet vehicles and facilities with close coordination of finance and operations teams. Coordinate, assemble, ship or receive goods and samples from vendors and contractors across the states and other countries. Manage TMM private land holdings in regard to surface access, forest management, and future potential use. Provide leadership for external stakeholders relations, land working group, and community outreach. Foster positive and collaborative relationships with community residents, local non-profit organizations, businesses, and student organizations.
