Thompson Mine T-3/1-D Area

Set up development layouts, schedule and capital estimate for lower 1-D orebody mechanized undercut and fill, including all boreholes, power holes, ventilation raises, complete with 3d model in AutoCAD. Setup capital cost forecasting routine in P3 for use by existing personnel.

Thompson Manitoba

Birchtree Mine layouts for development of the lower 83 orebody. Supervised one survey crew. Supported regular update of Primavera P3 scheduling, input to annual capital forecasts.

Worked with the mine planner at the Konuto Mine site to create a production schedule - showed management they needed to bring another mining area into production to optimize long term production. Supported employee until proficient.
