Advises the President and the Board of Directors on coordination with commercial technology developers and directs further inquiry into the refinement of prospective capabilities to meet Defense Department and US inter-Departmental requirements.

Direct strategic evaluations and the development of strategy / policy solutions for conflict in the Middle east and Central Asia.

Directed high-level policy coordination, implementation and enforcement for international agreements between the Government of Afghanistan, US and other international military forces.

As instructor and chairman for the Operational Art and Campaigning academic program, developed, managed and delivered curriculum supporting 18 accredited master’s degree semester hours per year to three senior seminars comprised of US late-career military government services officers.
