Managed internal strategic, creative/UX and technical resources for development and updates of website, interactive core visual sales aide, email and banner digital assets. During this period also managed the digital assets for other AZ Diabetes HCP brand drugs including Kombiglyze XR, ONGLYZA, and BYDUREON BCise. Assets include website, ICVAs, banners and emails. Managed development of Learn.com’s retail eLearning software products including Mentor for Office 07, Windows Me and XP, sold in store such as Costco and Walmart. Managed creative and development process from course outline, production, Windows Course certification and retail distribution. Responsibilities included scheduling, cost tracking, creative and tech development and quality assurance testing. Managed custom applications for client’s such as United Health Services, U.S. Tennis Association and F5 Networks inc., served as client point of contact and project leader in charge of development from message and scope to development and delivery.

Manager Internet Marketing, MasterCard International, June 1999 – May 2000Managed the execution of MasterCard Exclusives Online, a co-branded savings offer program for MasterCard cardholders. Managed contract administration with merchant partners and implementation of technical requirements (i.e. URL development) ensuring all MasterCard specifications were adhered to. Worked MasterCard product groups to ensure consistent messaging and integration of MEO into new and existing off-line promotional campaigns, identified and targeted member banks for MEO co-brands. Organized and managed offer merchandising and merchant mix in email communications to support overall MEO strategy.
