Digital Manager
CurrentA new role for the Foundation with emphasis on improving the maturity of the organisation’s digital channels to drive engagement, increase reach, and raise income through fundraising activities. Responsible for:- Product ownership of the website, managing and commissioning external developers to improve design, functionality and user experience, plus handling the Foundation's digital budget- Content management for key areas of the website- Configuration and management of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console- SEO improvements, tracking, and keeping up with trends in this area- Championing digital accessibility- Working with the Fundraising Team to report on and drive income via digital channels- Making better use of data and automation in email campaigns- Helping to discover and test new uses for AI in communications and for business efficiency- Identifying new ways of reaching charity audiences through digital communications
