 Review initial specifications of individual projects as prepared by sales force. Assess viability and complexity of inspection and installation. Utilize areal measurement software and physical inspection to measure and assess condition of roofing, windows, shutter, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, doors, attic insulation, and general structure to prepare for replacement.  Inspect job sites for product and safety related obstacles prior to installation.  Identify, adjust, and communicate discrepancies between original estimates provided by sales force to ensure precision installation. Discuss project expectations with customers. Review any remaining potential impediments to installation with clients, including financial considerations, and convey any necessary safety related precautions. Document and address any final customer questions and concerns. Coordinate timely and effective issue remediation. Approve installation activities to proceed and schedule dates. Create material list and diagrams, select appropriate work crew. Prepare final documented instructions for installation crew including precise measurements, summary of existing conditions, hazards, and special considerations. Transition project to the crew foreman. Post installation activities including communication with dissatisfied homeowners, collection of outstanding balances, perform or coordinate service and repair calls. Implemented and maintain training system for remodeling consultants to address measurement technique and product knowledge issues. Train new employees in upstream and downstream lifecycle roles.

 Reviewed projects to optimize scheduling efficiencies, answer questions, solve problems, and assign appropriate crews prior to installation. Managed schedule for 36 roofing, windows, siding, gutters, doors, and attic insulation crews. Ordered materials, coordinated material and dumpster delivery and retrieval. Processed accounts payable and accounts receivable; ensured crews and company were paid in full. Handled day to day needs of project managers, crew foremen, and customers. Triaged and remediated unexpected issues between all installation personnel and homeowners. Prepared permit applications for cities and towns. Developed Inventory Management System for real time, accurate tracking of materials and supplies housed in company warehouse. System resulted in reduced waste, increased savings, prevention of over-ordering, reduced average project timelines, and quicker response times on material procurement. Identified source of wasted revenue related to charges associated with inability to deliver dumpsters to job sites ahead of installations. Instituted process and scripting for Pre-Installation Inspection Managers to allocate space and prepare customers for dumpster delivery. Reduced failed deliveries from 7.96% to 1.83% within an 8 month period. Analyzed routes and schedules and adjusted accordingly to ensure optimized, efficient scheduling for Pre-Installation Inspections. Compliance liaison for overseeing crew members’ maintenance of current safety and regulatory and certifications.
