 Scope, plan, and schedule all priority work orders and preventative maintenance work for all technicians Work directly with Maintenance manager in establishing, creating, and addressing all preventative maintenance tasks Assist Maintenance manager in planning, organizing, and implementing facility projects Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Manager with Six Sigma Green Belt project Maintain all aspects of our CMMS system  Review, approve, and close all emergency and planned work orders Set priority of all planned work orders Deal directly with all suppliers and vendors to order and address all non-stock parts issues Assist Procurement manager with setting stock re-order point for parts and establishing which parts should be made stock Responsible for tracking and maintaining reports identifying mean time between failures of critical equipment, preventative maintenance paperwork, and technician wrench time Audit preventative maintenance tasks performed by technicians Still perform regular technician duties when needed Assist corporate and facility Quality Assurance Managers with creation of planned work orders and action registers for internal and external audits Collaborate with General manager, Operation manager, Logistical manager on weekly production schedule

 Supervise and responsible for 3 technicians Directs and assigns all reactive work orders to technicians  Assist Maintenance Manager and Supervisor in scheduling preventive maintenance (pm’s) tasks and correctives during production downtime Responsible for daily CMMS entries and their validity Responsible for reviewing open work orders written in JDE system for myself and other technicians Involved in evaluating job performance and random audits of technicians work Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor concerning OEM and other technical representatives in resolving equipment performance issues, equipment modifications, and equipment malfunctions/diagnostics. Work directly with equipment manufacturer representatives, related industry representatives, and local technical specialist in resolving equipment and systems technical or engineering issues Assist Production Shift Managers, Quality Supervisors, and USDA to ensure safe, consistent, and quality operations of facility equipment Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, fabricate, and make decisions concerning all mechanical and electrical adjustments/repairs Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and facility systems  Assist Maintenance Supervisor in adapting preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and trains other maintenance personnel in proper procedure Work directly with Parts Manager and clerks to ensure proper non-stock parts are ordered, made stock, and proper stock is maintained  Team lead in implementation and maintaining 5s in the maintenance department Researched, organized, implemented, and trained technicians on the retro fit upgrade of production conveyor system
