I am responsible for managing unique client projects and taking the lead in developing and creating tailored learning solutions. This therefore requires me to constantly research the newest learning technologies and be able to demonstrate that they conform to current pedagogical methods used in the industry.The solutions I recommend range from interactive workbooks and applications to bespoke e-learning modules and virtual training/simulations. With a strong understanding of the technical capabilities of these learning products I am able to effectively identify what type of learning product is best suited to a particular client. By being involved in the whole process from research and development to design and creation I have unique experience in each of the processes and how one affects another.

In this role I was responsible for all of the training material that was distributed on our courses. These materials range from training workbooks to learning aids (such as slide packs and interactive exercises). I was accountable for the design of these materials and so answerable for creating materials that catered to a participants desire to learn and as a result communicated with them in an effective manner.While in this role I developed an extremely strong eye for detail and an aptitude to design and create learning materials that were interactive and rich in content. My eagerness to develop new and innovative learning materials had matured while in this role as I began to pursue and explore alternative learning solutions.As well as learning materials I was also responsible for designing and creating marketing collateral such as newsletters, banners, calendars and so on. Again, I did and still do continue to thrive on creating material that is innovative and original.
