Worked as part of the GS-HRS4-DE team, offering Visa services and advice to Bosch's Indian expatriates. Required internship abroad as part of my degree. Working entirely in German and reporting to the Department Manager, I was solely responsible for ensuring that staff from India, inbound on Short-Term Assignments, were able to legally arrive, live and work in Germany. I developed cross-continent business relationships and worked effectively with external departments (BGSW India) and government authorities. I also supported the team’s transition to a paperless office and relocation to a new site; managing the transfer of data, while complying with European GDPR regulations. This ensured business continuity and significantly improved the team’s effectiveness and ability to work remotely. At the end of my internship, I independently trained and mentored my successor over an extended period to ensure a smooth handover without loss of service to the Customer. I also gained excellent database management and IT skills (Excel, SAP, Adobe).

Key worker position during the Covid-19 pandemic. The role involved working on a production line, packaging flour orders and readying them for shipment. Also gained knowledge of warehouse maintenance.
