• Undertake all M&E reactive and planned maintenance tasks (Electrical and Mechanical), completed to an agreed high standard.
• Maintaining all HVAC plant room key components, including: Pumps, motors, fans, Heating elements, FCU’s, AHU’s, water storage tanks, heating systems, hot and cold water systems
• Part of the 24hr Call-out Rota, making myself available when this is required.
