I utilised my knowledge of various musical instruments - mainly electric guitars - to effectively aid in customer purchases. A lot of interaction, both in person, on the phone and through emails was required so my etiquette was of high importance at all times.I also undertook instrument repair and adjustments to fix electrical/mechanical issues.
