Responsibilities;• To participate in the achievement of national and state sales objectives by contributing sales from my territory in accordance with state and team objectives.• Our objectives are fundamentally achieved through the effective promotion of Servier products to General Practitioners, hospital doctors, specialists, retail and hospital pharmacists on the territory.• To participate in training courses and achieve and sustain a high level of technical knowledge about our products to ensure the highest standard of presentation of the company’s products to our customers. • Managing a sales territory, including but not limited to; developing awareness of key business areas for sales through sales data analysis, developing weekly plans outlining weekly sales objectives (in line with territory business plans) and achieving company call / activity rates.• Inducting a new team member to the territory providing guidance and support to help achieve shared team goals.• Present Servier products to our customers in an ethical and professional manner in accordance with current campaign objectives using doctor response selling skills to maximise the prescription and / or the recommendation of our products.• To complete daily administration tasks including call recording and maintaining up to date doctor records and profiles.• Managing and controlling all promotional budgets allocated for our territory.• Submit accurate accounts of monthly business expenditure and a monthly sales report’s.

Responsibilities;• Managing a case load of injured workers assisting with their return to work.• Liaising with General Practitioners and Specialists (phone calls, face to face meetings and electronic communication) on a daily basis to assist with return to work planning for clients.• Develop and implement return to work programmes.• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance companies and employers.• Providing manual handling training and safe working practices guidance to employers and injured workers.• Maintain accurate and professional documentation.

Responsibilities;• Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatments across a broad range of specialities including; Orthopaedics, Trauma, Musculoskeletal, Neurology and Cardio-respiratory.• Follow local hospital and departmental policies and procedures.• Maintain professional medical documentation following all patient contact.• Undertake ongoing professional development, including preparing and delivering department in service training sessions to peers and members of the multi-disciplinary team (including Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants and Nurses).• Liaise with relevant health professionals as appropriate to optimise patient care.• Being available for on-call physiotherapy services outside of normal working hours.

Responsibilities;• Researching and booking major UK food and drink exhibitions.• Coordinating the booking, stand build, product ordering, staff recruitment and daily running of the So Good exhibit.• Managing promotional event budgets.• Promoting So Good products and the brand at major UK food exhibitions.• Provide technical product information to customers and industry professionals.• Organising and leading a team of promotional staff to deliver successful product sampling and promotion of the So Good products and brand.• Stock ordering and tracking in head office.• Working alongside the company’s Brand Manager to assist with packaging development and proof reading.• Spend time answering customer queries and handling complaints on the So Good Customer care line.• General administrative duties.
