I am an experienced Primary School teacher looking for a change in direction in my career. I have strong interests in education, of both children and adults, Mathematics and Reading. I believe my time as a teacher has given me a number of skills which I can transfer into a new career path. These skills include good communication skills with a variety of people (children, fellow staff, parents and outside professionals), attention to detail (from marking children's work and indicating areas for improvement to creating stimulating wall displays), meeting targets (progress of children in the classroom and personal development targets) and Leadership (instructing other teachers in how to plan, teach and assess in my given subject leadership areas).
