The Director of Impact Assessment and Training helps CASSY’s pursuit of its mission bymeasuring the impact and creating a learning organization that strives to be better. This positionleads assessment and learning efforts to guide strategy and enhance impact; advanceaccountability and transparency about what CASSY is doing and its value to the schoolcommunity; Assess CASSY’s clinical practices against its strategic goals, develop meaningfulmeasurements, and identify learning programs to strengthen CASSY practices. Collaborates withleadership and inspires team members to develop performance goals and create training programsto reach those goals; maximize efficiency and productivity through effective process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration; maintain regular communication with school partners toensure expectations are met; develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols; setand implement strategic goals for clinical quality based on current research and best practices;work with program staff to develop staffing, financial, and programmatic plans; analyze currentoperational processes and performance and recommend solutions for improvement whennecessary.

Managing and mentoring a group of supervisors working towards licensure to produce strong clinicians in the field.Working with families who have children with autism by providing high level supervision. This includes going into their homes to oversee direct treatment, designing programs and interventions to suit individual needs, and train new staff working with the clients.Reviewing and editing treatment plans and progress reports to make sure our clients are progressingtowards their goals and representing that progress through quantitative data to adhere to insurancestandards.
