Follow up with stores within the region to implement and uphold Merchandising Standards. This includes proper merchandising, product mix, pricing and execution of quality assurance guidelines. Responsible for overall showroom appearance including but not limited to upholstery, electronics, appliances, computers, and accessories.Duties and Responsibilities• Visits stores throughout division to review and perform the following duties:• Train team members on any areas of deficiency from a merchandising standpoint.• Execute proper stock balancing and inventory levels. Review inventory during store visits and train GM on proper stock balancing and inventory levels.• Train the Sales team members on maintenance of the showroom floor to include but not limited to “No Holes Policy”, accurate pricing, product ordering and customer service log.• Maintain and improve appearance of showroom per the first-up system as well as the Open Floor Plan with development and posting of plan-o-grams including marketing tools and proper pricing.• Verify all pre-leased merchandise on showroom floor is “Certified” to company standard and monitor and ensure efficient operation of the “Certification Zone” (proper stock of QA supplies and equipment).• Address “discontinued” and “distressed” merchandise and following up with lease max program.• Assisting with new store openings, relocation/remodels, acquisitions, close/merge, and GM changeovers.• Operational projects as assigned by the Divisional Coordinator.

•Driving to assigned locations. •Check-in with store decision maker, obtain signatures, collect proof of delivery. •Unload products and move throughout the store. •Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with Frito-Lay product •Ensuring back-room inventory reaches the sales floor and organizing/maintaining back-room inventory in proper location. •Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products and processing returns and credits with receiver. •Tidying up shelves •Assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and displays •Ordering, scanning and logging backstock using handheld device. •Safely maximizing sales and minimizing waste •Strong Work Ethic: Accurately report your time using your company-issued device and are comfortable working without a manager monitoring your day-to-day activities.•Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations, new tasks and priorities as changes occur •Customer Focus: When in the stores with customers, help them find what they need and deliver services that exceed their expectations. •Attention to Detail: meticulous when it comes to checking dates on chips, tidying shelves, and arranging products; responsible for accurately completing daily paperwork (e.g. DOT logs) •Communication: Working closely with other Frito-Lay team members and it’s important to communicate regularly; good communication also includes checking in and out with the store manager •Positive Attitude: Be part of a sales team that relies on one another to build professional relationships and attend to customer needs while following Frito-Lay and store procedures, work rules and safety policies. •Tech Savvy: comfortable using multiple technology devices each day to accomplish your goals. •Conscientious: organized, task driven, comfortable following directions and adhering to a specific schedule. •Constantly strive to achieve and exceed sales growth targets.
