Administer core human resource processes including employment, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and workforce planning within a specific business unit; consult with leadership of the business unit on strategic and tactical human resources issues.Conduct executive, exempt, technical, non-technical and nonexempt recruiting support and counsel including sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, and extending employment offers.Partner with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.Consult with HR General Managers regarding interpretation and administration of human resource policies, programs, procedures.Prepare reports and analyze data from human resource information systems for information reporting and management decision making.Manage company manpower with staffing agencies and direct hires.Develop internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation, and other human resources policies and procedures or other internal business issues.Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws.

Conduct business required to maintain operations and training for 300 personel. Work directly for LTC and CSM conducting military briefs. Responsible for gathering detailed information on current combat deployment status of all soldiers assigned to the command. Process and schedule movement of personnel nationwide using all available resources, including air, train, bus, hotels and personal transportation while maintaining $400,000 budget yearly.

Morrell Medallion as Top Army Recruiter Army Recruiter-On-production Enlisted and Officer Recruiting (05/2004-10/2009) Responsible for local advertising, college and high school recruiting programs, career days and lectures, daily telephone prospecting, cold calling and interviews. Met or exceeded goals for four years consecutively. Received 39 monthly and quarterly awards. Developed and implemented marketing programs to increase production. Full cycle recruiting to include background security, employment verification, reference validation, drug-screening, and face to face interviewing.
