I was responsible for building strong relationships with our Acute Care customers that will increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the Innovative Delivery Solutions business unit in the Wisconsin territory. I was also responsible for uncovering additional deep sell opportunities within my customer base for additional products and services offered by IDS. My main focus areas included maintaining strong relationships with and servicing my customers along with increasing Cardinal Health's penetration within existing accounts. I was also responsible for directly selling pharmacy solutions to our existing customers along with providing Quarterly Business Reviews to each customer to review purchase and performance data. My typical interactions and presentations given range from Pharmacy Technicians and Buyers to Directors of Pharmacy to C Suite executives.Key Activities and Responsibilities Included:- Own the relationship with the DOP/Buyer and be the “Face of the Cardinal”- Maintain high level relationships within the territory, developing and retaining relationships in all aspects of the accounts, as well as with their corporate offices- Understand potential sales opportunities for IDS products and services for existing customers including the responsibility for qualified lead generation for all IDS Solutions & Services within territory- Manage current prime vendor accounts on product and logistics issues for Supply Chain customers- Accountable for issues with the broader internal Cardinal teams to manage product availability, new account setup, and price discrepancies escalations- Drive operational effectiveness and lead corporate initiatives within accounts- Ensure customer compliance to Prime Vendor Agreements- Responsible for RFP process and negotiation of PVA renewals for existing customers - Train customer on ordering system (Order Express) and all self serve reporting functions- Implementation of new customers
