Current• Liaising with contractors to arrange work to be completed to improve site compliance with safety legislation• Completing site safety audits and inspections • Improving housekeeping standards on site to comply with WHS regulations• Ensuring chemicals and paints were stored safely with required spacing• Organising the Warehouse to ensure ease of access while maintaining the area for future deliveries while reducing manual handling risks• Operating forklift safely to receive and load stock while ensuring stock is stored correctly• Provide detailed and relevant product information as requested (SDS, Compliance and Registration certificates etc.)• Entering Manual Dockets, Quotes and Purchase Orders into SAP• Entering all incoming and outgoing deliveries into system to enhance tracking of orders• Achieving sales targets/KPI’s through improving customer relations and improving the stock levels• Resolving customer complaints through open communication • Created and implemented a Hazardous Chemical Register in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements• Assisted in conducting a HAZOP, completed final report for stakeholders and clients• Managed business where my knowledge of WHS has been utilized to ensure all safety requirements (SDS, Fire Extinguisher, Electrical, Flammable Goods, Spill Kits and housekeeping). Organising vendors to rectify all safety concerns while improving knowledge and understanding of the importance of safety to staff and colleagues.• Involved in Procurement role to liaise with vendors to obtain best pricing and product information to ensure suitability of product while reducing backorders to meet state KPI’s• Engaged in an additional WA Accounts role focusing on communicating with clients and customer in relation to aged debt to reduced outstanding debt in accordance with KPI’s• Engaged in Area Sales role to better develop business/clientele relationships throughout the Pilbara region
