MAF owns and has developed several shopping malls, hotels and residential communities across the MENA region. Its most iconic development is Mall of the Emirates, which features the first indoor ski slope in the Middle East - Ski Dubai.

Carlson Rezidor operates over 1,300 hotels worldwide. Its most recognizable brand is Radisson Blu. Based in their Singapore office my role had two objectives. 1) Grow the hotel portfolio in Asia through equity investment, joint ventures, performance underwrites, leases and hotel management agreements. 2) Support business growth by creating strategic plans and recommendations.
