Teamed with third-party management, regulators, and field offices to analyze waste and water streams from daily operations, identify improvement opportunities, and provide management recommendations. Standardized internal waste and water reporting records to streamline corporate waste reporting. - E-Suite SME: Yellow-belt, super user of the E-suite Waste Module. Used the program to manage waste manifests, permits, and compliance with Chevron standards and federal/state regulations. Led the front-line implementation, management, training, and continual improvement of E-Suite in the field. - Environmental Stewardship: Built relationships and aligned SJVBU with ETC during the Ecosystem Services Pilot Project at the San Ardo Oil Field – a cross-company, cross-functional project designed to align oilfield operations/processes with natural products, natural functions, and social benefits. Provided as-needed support to the Environmental Stewardship process by leading or participating in environmental EFIs, ESHIA workshops, and CPDEP-supported remediation projects.
