I am the shield of Oxdit Technologies cloud infrastructures.As a devops/kafka engineer working on the DevOps Team for Oxdit Technologies, I am responsible for the development and configuration of CICD pipelines, cloud infrastructures and data pipelines that support Oxdit Technologies’ business objectives.I manage the development of Oxdit Technologies infrastructure designs, automations, and security to protect against cyber-attacks. I build the Oxdit Technologies business resilience MVP through thought leadership and strategically chosen tools. I partner with the Development and Operations Team to ensure Oxdit Technologies infrastructures have multiple stages of firewalls, authenticate users and encrypts all information in transit.In my first 6 months on the job, I have revitalized our public-facing website to adhere to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and handle any amount of traffic possible, developing an effective leads triaging system that brought in $21M net new assets to Oxdit Technologies.I also lead a 5-month long education series for the back-end developers including operations team, information security team and stakeholders across Canada, educating them on the value of high-level security and teaching them how to implement it effectively. This resulted in an increase in business resilience by 34%.One more accomplishment I am proud of is my ability to build a concise data pipeline infrastructure map for Oxdit Technologies and with no dollars behind it, reducing $332,000+ in cost of redundant resources.
