My primary goals and objectives in life, is to strive to be the best both personally and professionally. To utilize the different skill sets that I have ascertain over the years and make significant contribution to social change. To focus on socioeconomic changes on a Micro and Macro level when it comes to program implementation. Example there were no mortgage programs available for low to moderate income families. Therefore, when I was employed with Bank One NA /JP Morgan & Chase I was one of the pioneers that assisted in the execution development, and implementation of The Home Loan Connection a affordable housing program for Low to Moderated families using traditional and nontraditional credit sources. Chase/Bank One NA invested over 40 million dollars in the aforementioned product. This was a rewarding time for me, because it gave me the opportunity to contribute to a program that met the needs of low and moderate income families to achieve opportunities become a homeowners.While working for CitFed Mortgage Corp. I was selected to be a participate as a Loan Executive in the United Way. There were a total of 25 participates from different employers through out the City of Dayton community. The purpose of the program was to help raise money from Local, State, and federal employees. I was selected by my peers to be President of the Loan Executives, by virtue of my leadership I served on the United Way Board of Directors for a year. I was the keynote speaker at the banquet and stress the importance of giving back to the community.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated outstanding Leadership, Business Analyst and Investments, implemented tracking procedures, and professional training and development.

Working with the selection of vendors, and put together a comprehensive overview to determine what it would take to make the units rent ready. CONSOC was a twofold objective, providing consultation and offered services to owners/agents to build projects, as well as, focus on the management and operations. On new projects my responsibility was to inspect the projects and report deficiencies to the builders, and make sure there is adequate staffing. I previously worked with CONSOC via a contract with Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority section 8, section 8 moderate rehab.,rental, and the Chairperson of HUD Turnkey lll Homeownership scattered site project.The Owner of CONSOC passed away, therefore, it was imperative that I seek employment elsewhere subsequent to its closure.
