Worked for different departments in Head Office and regionally, including as a Regional Personnel Manager dealing with various HR issues from recruitment, retention, disciplinary hearings, appeal hearings and grievances. I spent time as an auditor which involved stock taking and reporting on standards within the pubs, whilst helping under achieving pubs to raise their standards through support visits. I also spent time in the commercial department researching new product lines and introducing new beers into the range across the estate.After completing these positions I was placed with experienced area managers to gain experience in an AM role. During this time I also led a team of trainers to open a new site.
