Over the past twenty five years I have engaged myself in several inspection roles across the world. Working directly with chef welding engineers, metallurgist and corrosion specialist for companies such as the Reliance Group of Jamnagar India, Petro Development of Oman in Muscat and Fahud, Central Romana Corporation of the Dominican Republic and PDVSA of Venezuela in the Jose Antonio Anzoátegui Industrial Complex. I have studied and work daily with the following codes and standers: API 510, 570, 571, 577, 574, 580, and 936. ASME B31.1 B31.3 Sec. I, II, V, VIII Div. 1 – 2 and XI. AWS D1.1. The European Pressure Vessel Regulations (PED 97-23-EC), (TPED 2010-35-EU) and (SPVD 2009-105-EC) I have an extensive background in document preparation of ASME related activities. The document generation of; (QW-482 forms WPS), (QW-483 forms PQRs), (QW-484 forms), R1 & R4; P3, P3A, P4, P4A, P4B, P6 & P8; U1, U2, U2A & U3; N1 & N2; K1.In conjunction with my inspection back ground I stay proficient in the talent that started me in the industry, welding. In 1990 I was enrolled in a welding program that lasted throughout my high school term. Spending over four hours a day welding I spent my summers taking required classes just to pass what I missed during the year in my welding program. In the past twenty five years I have weld tested and held certifications for over twenty company in over three countries. I have spent great lengths of time utilizing the GTAW manual and machine process as well as SMAW. Working with equipment like the Gold Track II, VI and other Liburdi Dimetrics units, the (F head), (D head) and other special designed weld heads.
