Lake Behavioral Health was created to serve the behavioral health community. We create solutions for hospitals, while targeting better treatment options for patients. Empirical data will substantiate the benefits of treatment. We are equally concerned with the financial sustainability of the programs, helping to improve hospital stability and permanence of offered programs to the community. We are currently seeking strategic partners interesting in either implementing behavioral health services or taking their services to the next level since we have an experienced core staff and resources to ensure high quality sustainable services.

Rogers Behavioral Health System consists of five key corporations: Rogers Memorial Hospital; Rogers Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc.; Rogers Partners in Behavioral Health, LLC; Rogers Center for Research and Training; and Rogers InHealth. The hospital has become nationally recognized for its specialized residential treatment services and affiliations with academic institutions and teaching hospitals in the area. Rogers Memorial Hospital is currently Wisconsin’s largest not-for-profit, private behavioral health hospital, providing adults, children and adolescents with depression and mood disorders treatment, eating disorders treatment, addiction treatment, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders treatment, posttraumatic stress disorder, as well as caring for a variety of child and adolescent mental health concerns. United Medical Corporation, based in Windermere, FL. has over 39 years of successful healthcare experience in owning and managing both medical and behavioral health hospitals as well as a wide range of other healthcare services. PremierCare, Inc. specializes in providing geropsychiatric behavioral health services to seniors in conjunction with community hospitals and is owned by UMC. We are currently expanding in key markets with strategic partners. San Juan Capestrano Hospital in Puerto Rico was an acquisition that was divested in May of 2013 as was the free-standing behavioral hospital that was still under development in the Tampa area. A 36 bed "hospital within a hospital" model for psychiatric and substance abuse, including medical detox, was established in conjunction with Cookeville Regional Medical near Nashville, TN.

Ten Broeck Healthcare owns and operates behavioral health hospitals as well as "hospital within a hospital" in conjunction with community hospitals wishing to partner with an experienced behavioral health and substance abuse provider. PremierCare, Inc is an operating company of United Medical Corporation that provides turn-key management services to operate behavioral health services in community hospitals in 25 sites located in 9 states. The COO has overall operations responsibility for the behavioral health operations at the Corporate Office and the Program Directors and/or Executive Directors in multi-state locations. We continue to seek strategic partners in key locations interested in developing or expanding behavioral health and substance abuse services.
