Current• Providing desktop service to Criminal, Civil & Juvenile Rights Practice users at different locations and departments within the five boroughs of New York City.• Troubleshoot, diagnosed and resolving technical hardware and software issues request in person, via phone, emails or remotely. • Set up projectors and laptops for staff conference meetings and polycoms video set ups for lawyers to talk with their clients that’s inconsiderate. • Updating and replacing network ports, hardware parts on all printers, fax and copy units. Elite desk top 800, Dell 3010 & 7010 desktops. Laptops/notebook 640 G1 & G2. Replacing and re imaging/ghosting hard drives using Symantec ghost32 11.5, replacing fans, batters and processors in units. • HP laser jet CM4045, M9050, M4555, M525, M527c, M830, M630, P4515x/4350dtn, Canon 6265, 8295, C5051 & 6055 copy machines. Replacing maintenance and fuser kits as well as toners, make service calls to vendors, also troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve all issues with equipment’s.• Doing audits/inventory on the equipments’ to the database using inventory trackers (Wasp).• Retrieving surveillance data text, videos and photos off of electronic devices, smart phones, iPhones, iPads, laptops and digital Cameras to help lawyers with their cases.
