Began in the Petrochemical Industry in 2003 as a pipefitter, welder, and ironworker. Then worked in the oil and gas industry building hydraulic power units, large bore multi stage hydraulic mast cylinders for drilling rigs. Also worked as a BOP Hoist system Mechanic offshore and onshore to maintain, certify, rebuild, service the Blow Out Preventer lifting systems up to 250 ton capacity. I began with TENARIS Bay City in 2016 as a commissioning specialist during construction and commissioning of plant, within 1 year was promoted to Mechanical/Hydraulic BMG over maintenance for a large area of the plant, including the Hydrotester Machine. I excelled and kept my area in top shape, improved cycle time and efficiency on all of my equipment. I was then promoted again to Central Maintenance Workshop Supervisor. I run the shop and have 10 highly skilled mechanics of different backgrounds. The workshop repairs all the defective, worn, and damaged equipment throughout the entire facility. I manage the employees, make procedures and work instructions, training and scheduling class for advancement of my employees. I am very hard working, high attention to detail, high sense of urgency. I have performed well in all maintenance positions and intend to keep building my skill set and knowledge
